why wouldn't it? by the looks of the picture of the intake, you might have to bore that IAT sensor hole a bit. if you look around a tad bit harder on there you will find one looks like a better fit.
Its a pipe with a cheap filter stuck on the end.. of course it will work. They all work with a lil mod

i did the HO manifold swap and had an intake shape similar to that one. i had to cut some of the intake off at both ends

Yeah i dont think they all read the whole thing but thanks 99redz24. I just bought the 2.4 one and will just have to cut it up to make it fit. I had one on it before that i cut up but some one broke in to my ride and stole it so i need to make another one.
need a 90 degree elbow , and the bracket on the intake tube is useless
