I've been searching for a while and havent really been able to find an answer. When doing the HO manifold swap is it very common to have egr problems or is it some people have problems and some don't? I have found a lot of posts that said to use the block-off plate and eliminate the EGR, but I have also found a ton of posts having problems with it.

wish i could tell you about the manifold swap, but i'd like to know about eliminating the EGR as well. we might not have the same engine but its the same in theory.
