yea ik, ive asked about exhaust constantly, but i have 2 days to pick a muffler, or have it shipped in, because while my car is in the shop having the headgasket replaced, im doin a full exhaust, and my question are, how do the 60 series flowmasters sound on our cars, and should i use a resonator.......and what auto parts stores sell the 60 series muffler? because advance doesnt, but input is need asap, and any other muffler ideas welcome fyi, 91 sunbird 2.0 , auto trans

its a muffler... it can only effect the car's sound so much.. the engine is what makes the sound


a baffled style muffler usually sounds better
add a resonator for good effect

yea but do uk what parts stores sell a 60 series? and i have a ram air intake, on it which makes it a lil deeper, but ik its not gonna be huge difference but i just want something with a little louder than stock, and the 60 series seems to be good, or what about magnaflow? i can spend around $120ish for the muffler alone

u get a magnaflow muffler and it's going to be loud and ricey, unless u get a resonator to go with it. it will kill it considerably but you'll still hear it droaning.

what do you recomend ? for a muffler

megan racing muffler... period for a 4 cylinder anyway
