Tuesday, July 10, 2007 2:19 PM
I'm new to this forum. But i was just wondering if anyone else is still waiting for parts from turbo tech racing and if so has it been almost a month like i have been waiting for my lower engine mount and tranny mount inserts. All i hear is good things about TTR but if this is the way all of there sales go i would like to know so i can take my business somewhere else.

Nahh....I'm sure something happened out of Aaron's control that caused the delay or something along those lines. I had have nothing but excellent service and honesty from TTR with all my business from him. Nothing to worry about, just give him an email or a PM and im sure he'll make it right.

i know the production of the mounts is a little slow due to the machining for them

but they are well worth waiting for , aaron is a great guy to deal with , he is usually right on top of everything , i think with the auto trans mount and new lower , he has been concentrating hard at getting them done and done right , he hasnt had the time to give us the updates in the normal fashion he is used to

but i know the auto mounts are close from talking with him , still a couple testings left before the final

so be patient , as always its best to contact them directly through the site , but he will get to it and get things up to date

If you spend any amount of time on the Org. you'll find Aaron and TTR is one of the best manufacturer/dealer on here. If there is some sort of delay, it's most likely to make sure what you get is the best product it can be. He can be very busy, doing/supervising R&D, engeneering, tesing, re-engeneering, retesting, marketing, ordering, shipping etc..., he does an oustanding job. What ever you ordered, he's making sure it' made/getting made to the highest quality. It can take time for those specialized parts/sub-components to get made, then assembeled properly and shipped. You'll be hard pressed to find someone on here, that's delt with him and isn't satisfied.

Just want to chime in here, to keep you updated just like i have in all your emails to you. The reason why your order has not shipped is because the NEW Turbo Tech Racing Aluminum Lower engine mounts were not completed yet. They were just painted today, and will be shipping tomorrow, or Thursday depending how many we can get assembled (bushings and sleeves) and then they will be off to you.

We released this item thinking it wouldn't sell quite as fast as they did, we didn't offer a group purchase until we knew we could keep up with the demand. However the demand still exceeded out capabilities and now we are doing everything we can to get these all out the door. They take over an hour to machine when we batch them in a group of 40. So that is about 50-60 hours of labor just to machine these out.

We dont want to make excuses, we want you to know the facts on what is going on. You are not the only one, we have about 27 of these pre sold already and they will all begin shipping for the 1st time tomorrow (Wednesday)
