Air Intake - Stock Routing

Where is the inlet for the stock air box? I know it goes behind the battery, then where? I have a 2005 Cavi, could I route tubing from the lower vent (fog light location - circled)

The inlet for the stock airbox is near that location and about the size of two quarters placed next to each other.
