Um? I don't think that you can put your cat right there... lol If you're going to, then you'll need something else to bolt your Cat-Back exhaust up to and you'll need an O2 extension harness because it only reaches the stock location.

^^ exactly. the cat gets attached at the flanged part of the cat back, not the middle.

Alright brotha! Just making sure! Now, why's it taking a week and a half to get that all on? A cat-back would only take 15 minutes with a jack, couple jack-stands and some hand-tools. That's if, you have the gaskets for it and assuming everything bolts-on nicely.

one let me know how the pacesetter header works out for you and two let me know how the magnaflow high flow cat works out, ive been lookin into both of those just no funds to get it done, sept i was thinkin bout doin a dcsports ceramic coated header.

well im not too familiar with this stuff so i am taking it to my mechanic (who has a lift) and he is going to let me watch and whatnot plus the o2 sensor wire has to be extended and not too sure how to do that but yes everything is bolt on and i am sure i could install the exhaust but the header might be tricky for me. and brandon i will let you know how much of a difference it will make i also was thinking of going with the dc header but the pacesetter was a bit cheaper so i just went that route

That set-up will be loud, raspy and pop alot on decelaration. Exhausts like that usually sound like a ricer. Try one of these for stainless or one of thess for steel. The longer the quieter and smoother it will sound. (Note: the 35" won't fit your application)

so i was showin a kid at work the pics and he said the silencer would make me lose power...or restrict hp that i could be getting.....thats not true is it? i told him he was wrong but he acted like he was pretty certain

it will most definitely add a restriction in the flow.... and as madjack said, i really doubt it'll sound good. i'd recommend replacing the fart can with a real muffler. something like a dynomax super turbo at the very least. the glasspacks that are in the links madjack provided are a VERY good idea as well.
