Ok I was talkin to somone about buying some parts for my cav. Here is what I am looking at getting. RSM lightweight pulley, Autotrans Interceptor, upper mount insert. Should these yeild a lil bit of performance out of my car?

not really, no.
Blew it up, build numbers coming soon
those will just make the engine more "economical" with it's power. Meaning it won't be making more power, just more of the power it does make will make it to the wheels. If any of that makes sense to anyone else but me.
I got what you mean. Thanks I'm still gonna get the stuff since it's a good deal anyway!

Look into the TTR Mount much nicer than an Insert
Also HP Tuners will be much better than using that Auto Trans Int
I'm gettin all of this stuff for a very good deal so I cannot pass it up I just wanted to see what peoples thoughts were.

I agree 100% get the TTR upper. and auto trans will work for a while but some say its hard on the trans. The TTR mount is way better than the insert. you may be getting a good deal on price but lesser quality of parts.
I'm gonna look into TTR down the road for their Auto trans mount once they get going with that.

stay away from RSM or Zspec or whatever they are called now. they are frauds. unless you are buying an RSM product from someone else.
Autotrans Interceptor is nice, but it aint being made anymore go with a B&M shift plus
and like others said, get the TTR upper mount.
all that together aint going to get you much power. but we all have to start somewhere
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
The pulley and interceptor is used and the insert is new, The person is just tryin to get rid of some leftover stuff from his 2.2 Cavalier since he has upgraded to a Eco 5spd.
