...i thought the HO was steel mandrel bend tubular, not cast?...i just got a tubular one and it had bigger ports then the cast one that was beside it (both from a 91' grand am). i'll upload pictures tomorrow...i realize this thread is old but i JUST bought it for $50 canadian. and i think it's the 4-2-1 header style that's the rearest.
there were several differnt versions..there was a 4 2 1 header,and a couple differnt versions of the cast 4-1 manifold...the early 4-1 is considred to be the "better one" with larger collector and supposedly flows better....i dont know anyone in the quad community that uses the 4-2-1 stock manifold....unless im mistaken
this is the 4-2-1- header style manifold i bought today..if it's the LO i'm taking it back tomorrow, please respond quick

holy sh!t i had no idea that the 2.3 had a stock 'header' like that... very weird.
YES..that is the stock LO manifold from like 89..he MAY have changed the lower two pipes but the manifold itself is the same
