^^^ I saw taht right away! What people do... kinda misleading if you ask me.
Some bitch who tried doing this @!#$ got screwed over big time on Judge Judy. She was selling 2 cell phones, she listed the weights and specifications of it. Then in the fine print she said this is for photos only. Judge Judy, looked at the case and was like you are a fraud, these pictures don't match the specification of what they are buying. The plaintiff ended up getting like 6 grand out of it.
