i have been reading the forums about throttle bodies and i was just wondering where do u get a throttle body bored at or wherer can u buy a bored throttle body for a 96 2.2l. also does it make any difference if u have a bigger throttle body some say yes some say no what do ya'll think i am confused and need some answers please help

Almost any machine shop can bore a stock thottle body. You just wanna make sure it has the meat to do so.
Some places sell them (like on JBP, ebay) but isnt worth the money. Cheaper to have a shop do the work

Some say yes and no depending on the appication they have on their J's. Normally going bigger is better. But if you dont have the mods to compliment the larger air flow, then your almost as worse as stock. Im not sure what the best bore would be for the 2.2's but Im pretty sure its close to 56mm- 60mm.
