Ive done a search but didnt find what I was looking for soooo......

What would be better and cheaper (but reliable) for my 99 auto z24 and how much would I benifit for one or the other...

-Upgrading the LD9 valvetrain with better part (ex. CarCustoms SS valves, Manatpart springs, etc.)
-Or just going with the 2.3 HO valvetrain (being that the past forums state you can swap the Ho into the ld9)

And Im obviously going to do the Secret Cam swap unless someone states elsewise. I do plan on a SC in the future.

BTW... Im not the most knowledgable on internals or head work, so please inlighten me on what parts is required to do it and/or swap
