Does anyone know if the pacesetter cat-back exhaust offered in the gp forum is of decent quality or not? I understand that you get what you pay for. But i currently have an exhaust leak and need to fix it and would rather buiy an alright cat-bakc system then replace with OEM parts? any input would be sweet Thanks.
Thats a preety good price. I spent almost 450 on my custom setup. Never heard the pacesetter catback in action though.

i heard it sounds like ass. and then it rusts and falls off within a year or so.

I would Definitely not get an untreated Pacesetter product.
Well in my opinion. Mine lasted about a year before the muffler baffles came loss, and started to sound like a swarm of bees in a tin can. I replaced my muffler with another from a different company, and sounds nice and good again. I have had no problem with the piping just the muffler's baffles. Piping is about 3 years old now.
p.s. We put a cat back on my friends jetta, and it still sounds decent, and it is a little over a year old.
My friend had a old cat back on his old probe, and the whole system lasted maybe 6 months.
