Okay I got 40 series flowmaster on my car single exhaust with 2 and half inch piping at first I was running no cat and now i put a cat back on and it stills sounds bad but i got a bad cat... Would my car sounds good if i just put like 1 or 2 resnators on it without the cat or should I put a new cat on since i need it and 2 resantors???
it would sound better, prolly not as raspy..or u could have just bought the 60 series...and you wouldn't have had to do anything.
cat and one resonator will do fine, I have a 50 series DF muffler and threw in a 23" resonator behind my HF cat you will be amazed @ the difference a resonator will make
