I just bought a header, cat, pipe and muffler for my 2.4 Sunfire, but Summit didn't have the downstream o2 simulator and won't be getting any more ever.
Where can I buy one from a reputable store?
Thanks!

I know RKSport used to carry one... I remember seeing in their catalog back in the day. But I can't find it on their website now.

RKSport does sell them, but I recommend doing a manual O2 sim. It only cost about $5 and works. The ones RKSport sells do not always work.

$5 sounds better than the $40 for a downstream o2 sim. I searched and all I found was using spark plug parts and welding into the exhaust. How do I do a manual o2 sim?

I called Jegs, the sales dude informed me that the manufacture of o2 eliminators has been made illegal. Once their inventory is sold out, they're gone forever.
Darn EPA, why don't they go after semi trucks, steel mills or rubber factories instead of worrying about whether my car is slightly less than perfect?

Jegs has it. Go to their site and type in the part number 104031 (J-body)
I used to run 104035, which is the F-body sim.

This post the info you need.
Thanks, I've already bought the o2 sim from Jegs but I've read here that they can be sketchy so I may end up welding in a bung and doing the anti-fouler deal.
