You have an intake manifold already on your car. Unless you mean and aftermarket one, then i believe that would be the over priced, Venom. Other then that, if your looking for a stock one for what ever reason, try a junk yard or the classifides.

Well i dont know, some one will chime in knowing where, However, i will warn you, that the Venom intake manifold Is not only Expensive, it does not increase any performance in anyway. Go figure?

how much power are you looking to make via what method(n/a no2 boost)?

remember, the head is the biggest bottleneck on that motor.

you might be able to get somebody to port what you got for a buttload less then the venom. hell, you could buy a welder, get some older CAD software to develop with, but the materials, and make your own for less then a venow would run you

but give me a better idea your overall plans and we may better assist you

when you beat someone in a civic people wine and make excuses
when you beat someone in a cavalier they pull over and check under thier hoods

I would just port the stock one, and the head. The only aftermarket intake manifold I can think of is the Venom one, which is horrible.

You could contact someone who does CAD designs, and make your own head. That way you could have it custom built to what you need for your motor. IE: ITBs, equal or stagered length, ect.

The 2200's intake manifold is a composite(plastic) material, in cannot be ported. There are a couple of ridges that can be filed/ground off and the port opening can be matched for a larger TB, but that is about all you can do with it. The head and camshaft are where any significant gains are to be made.
