So I just got the turbo tech racing uper motor mount in and was getting ready to install it when *doh* it requires two new 18mm bolts. Why the hell could they just not include them and charge me extra. No local auto place around me has them, and dealership is goign to be a PITA to get them, so what im wondering is can I just reuse my old ones and be happy?? Thanks!

Oh yeah and the quality of the mount lookts top notch. Nice and heavy. Welds look strong, but not exactly pretty and it is powdercoated. THere are lots of bumps in the metal but whatever, I care about performance. Once this is installed I will let you all know how well it performces

Re-use your stock bolts. Thats what everyone does when they install the RK Sport mount. That's just in there to cover TTR's ass if something fails. I've taken my bolts out 6 or 7 times now and re-used the same ones every time.

can you post pics of the mount and the imperfections? I just ordered mine yesterday powdercoated blue... i hope it doesnt have any problems like that.... i guess it wouldnt matter to much... as long as it holds the motor up

i have the same mount power coated black with red mount . i reused the bolts and i have no problems!

woohoo i just installed the lower and it pwns

but the top will need to wait for another day, after a nice 14 hour day of doing grout my arms to are to tired to wrench, so tomorrow with pics!!!

does anyone that has this previously have the rk sport mount, and how do the vibes compare? If they are less i might want to get one im pretty sick of my whole dash shaking and rattling.

Yes, there are customers who have switched. We hear many times the vibs are almost zero to none. We would like a customer to also state this who has had both, also confirm this.

do i have to but a jack under the motor for the upper mount?i had some mounts on my 98 2.2 but it was a insert and i didn't have to jack it up.Aaron how much for the upper and lowers in red with shipping?
