Hey, i already got first dibs.
There is alot of wiring involved, however, your gonna need a another stalk to fully get rid of cruise.

Why would you want to take it out for? Its the reason i got my Sunfire instead of an 02 Base Cavalier.
i want to take it out because i dont use it, and its just another thing in the engine bay. does anyone have info on this? at all? thanks again
