Being that I'm a DIY type of person, i have a question. Which throttlebody has a good 56 or 60mm butterfly that i can snag for an upgrade to my stock 52mm tb.

BTW 2.2L LN2

Unless your also a DIY guy with a lathe and a press I don't think it will work.

Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.

are you boring your TB to make it 56mm or 60mm? otherwise it wont quite fit in your 52mm TB

2.3L TB's are 56mm, could grab one from there

Boring yes, i've got a cylinder bore for a lawnmower that will extend to 56. I wanted to do 58 or 60, but i hear the low end suffers.

As for a lathe and press, i have one. But i've also got sheet aluminum that i wanted to try to drill out and then cnc to the right specs.

58mm has minimal if any at all loss in low end, adds all to the top end, plus a little bit more noise. I swapped to a 2.3L 56mm from a 93 LD2 Achieva, and the motor definitly has a different tone on the interstate.
