if anyone is wanting to install a techometer and wants to know where to get the tach signal from, on my 97 sunfire gt 2.4 ld9 look on the fuse box cover under the hood, it shows u where to connect to the signal. on the box closest to the front of the car beside a 30amp fuse it says tach, inside the fuse box the port is right there, just connect a wire to it and to ur tachometer. so no need to connect it at the icm. i'm assuming its the same on a 2.4 cav. thanks to the guys who helped me, i forget who they are.
