I just picked up my new(old) engine yesterday and with the crate, my 2.4 weighed in at 442 lbs! that sounds really heavy to me. I know its a cast block and im used to aluminum, how much does the eco and the 2200 weigh in at?

I took out a 2.8 litre from my truck just with my hands. i took a look at the 2.3 litre and i thought it should be simple to pick up... I was wrong! I couldn't even move it from the ground! Its heavy as hell! and pretty awkward but when i stripped the head off the block I was able to pick it up. all the extra weight form the cams/intake and exhaust i guess. i can at least pickup and carry a 2.8 litre about 20 feet. but all i could do was roll it into my car somehow >.>

I havent picked up my 2200 yet because I didn't take it completly out yet.
