im lookin into a bunch of mods for this summer (nothing too serious yet, but its whatever i can get my hands on with the money ill make) and ive been lookin at stuff like pacesetter headers, and an intake for engine mods for now, and eventually going to do a hell of a lot more... but yea, on to my point... so im lookin around, and i see TB spacers arent too over the top price wise, so i figured id look into it, so how bout it? ive read here that theyre no good, but then i see again that theyre decent other places.. so whats the deal? i trust all of your opinions HIGHLY, so yea? or no?
thanks a lot guys!
just to make it easier, 1997 Z24, 2.4L 5 speed.
again thanks
No. Unless you're running nitrous, then you can tap it into the spacer. That is what I've heard of people doing. But for a n/a car, it's not worth it at all.
basically junk for us.

Not completely useful for our engines unless you want to shift the powerband a bit higher in the RPM range or if you want to tap it for a nitrous setup.
Blown.
no, im not planning on running any kinda nitrous system anytime soon... i kinda thought it would be useless, but i figured id ask nonetheless
the info on this site is awesome, thanks a lot guys!
It's what we're all here for.

i already have a bigger tb under my hood, but your saying that if i were to add this my powerband will go more towards top end rather then low end torque? that's the only effect it will have? other then the whistle sound..
