if you change the exhaust cam and still keep the stock intake cam will it work
and what kind of gains can i expect? which cam, lo or ho?

You can expect a little bit of a gain. But I don't know exactly how much.

And you can only use the LO I believe. You'd have to get the 2.3 Cam Tower to run the HO.

But I'd wait for some more opinions.
