most people get the 2 as a set. some get the lower, some just the upper.
i dont think there is a big difference besides what they look like and where they go

Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!

The bottom one vibrates like hell for the first couple of days. You can feel a lot more of what the engine is doing. I wouldn't say it's worth the money unless you install it yourself. Dunno about the top one...

The top one ads more viabrations, but that leves out once the mount gets broken in. As it stands now, the only time i get any note worthy viabrations is when the AC is on.

BUT... I also have a 5 speed. The reason that maters is because a manul J has a highter idle RPM than an automatic J... So the viabrations will be a bit more harsh for you

I have just the upper. I got it cause it was cheaper and it wasnt all that hard to install. It vibrates more for a day or so then it seems to go away or you get used to it.

I had the top one for about 4 months before I got the lower. Upper didnt make any difference at all IMO, no vibrations or anything. Lower was a completely different story. Vibrates like hell, but I like it. feel a litte bit more power to the ground too.

And both are easy to install yourself

I just installed mine. They have been in for about a week. I'm not going to give them a rating yet since they've only been in a week, but the vibrations do suck. I thought that my dash vibrated a little before. Now it is worse. There are about three other noises that I know have. Hopefully once they are "broken in" it won't be as bad. I do notice a better throttle response. Not sure if they are worth it quite yet. I'll know in about a month.

I have an upper motor mount by rksport.. my car was rattly for about a week but now it's not really noticeable. The amount of torque i get at super low end is noticeable.. the front of my car leaps when i touch the pedal before i reach 15mph, which is cool.. and shifts are a little less power robbing.. but for overall horsepower, won't do anything for you.

Sadly, no more..
