To make a cat-back, What All do i need?
Resonater, Muffler, And some stainless steel tubing right?

I'm definately going 2.25 throughout and I will be going dual exhaust..I want a loud nice sound...to make my engine sound like a bit more then it actually is haha.

I was looking at Gravana and I'm definately considering the Magnaflow Carsound OBD-II Stainless Hi-Flow 2.25" Cat they have.
Resonaters...no idea...mufflers...also no idea..possibly magnaflow?
Headers will probally be the most expensive thing right?...Ive heard Pacesetter but they seem a bit pricey...or is that the kind of cash I'm gonna have to deal out?

resonator, I'm using a Flowtech Red Hot 18" glasspack.
mufflers, well, you want duals. I think RKSport sells a dual exhaust setup. Check gravanatuning.com. you can also use the member search feature for cars with duals and see what they're using.
headers, yeah... spend the money, and get the Pacesetter armor coated (aka ceramic coated) header.

The cat you are considering is a good choice. For the header, definitely go with the Pacesetter Armor-Coated header. You can get one through the turbotechracing.com group purchase going on right now for $205 plus shipping. Magnaflow, Borla, or Dynomax are good choices for mufflers and resonators.
