I originally got it after my camshafts were making me run Rich way back when...

I am now boosted and it's helping me lean out a bit cause I haven't turned the base fuel pressure down yet. It's not something I wouldn't suggest using it if you are boosted though, it can only do so much and while in boost it's not very effective at all.

It does work but it's very limited to actual tuning.

If you have a fuel pressure regulator, you won't need an SAFC.

That's what a Wideband is for. It will tell you exactly what your a/f ratio is (basically whether you're lean, stoich or rich). An SAFC won't tell you this information.

I do hope however you don't plan on using it to tune your fuel curve in boost. The only thing the SAFC is really good for is adjusting your larger injectors when you aren't in boost, after that, its useless.

And to add to the confusion, some people have luck with them on the Eco, some people don't. Seems the ECU is smart enough to adjust to stoich, no matter what values you put into the safc.

No. The title "Air Fuel Converter" is kind of misleading...it does nothing to inprove air flow or anything. All it does is manipulate the signal to the injectors to send more or less fuel (to sum it up).

Actually it manipulates the signal to the MAP sensor

Yup, but there's a difference, you have a 2 bar map sensor and an ecu that can understand it
