the 3.8 well If you can get mounts and have someone who knows what there doing it could deffently be done. my one buddy some how jamed a stratus motor in his neon so i'm sure you could do it.

It's going to be a lot easier in a 94 than it ever would in a 3rd gen. The 94s still had V6s in some of them. I'm pretty sure if you got the tranny and all the mounts and stuff from a 2.8 or 3.1, I'd think the motor would drop right in, and after that you'd need the ECU and all the wiring and some other stuff. I might be wrong, but I'm exactly not sure.

i was readin that a stock monte carlo ran a 14 sec Quarter Mile @ 93.8 mph

Think of it like this. Back in the day, the Buick T-Types Grand Nat's with the 3.8L turbo motor would pull low and mid 13s all day long right off the assembly line. The L67 (3.8 SC) is a variant of that motor, but supercharged and FWD. And there are plenty of parts. Hypertech I believe has a programmer for those motors now. Check out www.L67.com for all the goodies and go fast tech.
