I have an 02 ecotec motor, 60,514 miles
while sitting in the car, was a hard start
once started, motor shook wildly, figured possibly because of low temps
idle was at 1400rpm (WTF)
waited
lowered to 1000rpm
then threw a code (which i can't read, because i can't drive the vehicle in this condition, and i don't have an OBD2 scanner)
any ideas?
and you have solid mounts correct?
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
yeah, but it's never been a problem before... i've had those mounts in for a few thousand miles, and i've run this car in the cold a number of times
it'd be really sweet to know what code it's throwing

I'd like to know too, but like i said, I don't have any access to a scanner...
maybe map sensor??
go to an auto parts store like autozone or somewhere, they read codes for free
Thats right, keep on killing innocent people and @!#$ everything up for others..YOU ARE TEH WIN
i'm not willing to drive the vehicle the 10 miles to the next town,,
pep boys is down the street, but i have to pay AND i have to schedule an appt
P0300
random cylinder misfire
any ideas?
checked your plugs?

im gonna go backward through the ignition on sunday when i have some free time
check the plugs, then the springs (probably gone bad), then coil pack if i have to.
you shouldn't have ignition system failures with such low miles. but never hurts to check
