larg port on back of HO manifold?

What plugs into the larg port on the back of the HO manifold? I am in the process of swapping the manifold into my 2.4..... But, I don't see what I need to do with the larg port on the back side of the manifold on the drivers side? does it need to be closed off? Does something plug into it? Any help or sugestions on running and installing all the vaccum lines and where they should go would help out a lot. Thanks!

the port you're talking about could be the EGR port you'd need for swapping to a pre-99 2.4L. Otherwise hook everything up as normal, and plus up what you dont need...

So, do I need to just block it off for know? Yes, its a pre 99'. Its a 97 2.4. I removed my egr valve and replaced it with a block off plate.... So do I need to just block off the larf port?

Yes you do, otherwise you'll have a huge vacuum leak.
