I have been reading on the Ho swap and have finally accumulated all the necessary parts except the egr block off plate. In all the guides I have read they don't clearly explain how to mod the gaskets. I know that the gasket that goes between the ho manifold and the flange doesn't need to be modded but what do you do with the other gasket? Do you have to do any drilling on the 2.3 tb? some have said that you have to drill out space for a pin or to fit the throttle cable. I guess i'm just a little unclear about these subjects. thanks for your help in advance. I am going to try the install wed or friday

Hit up your local dealer for the block off plate(I think they have them) and autozone or advanced auto has the TB gasketsI just got one from there I dont have an egr for the motor Im building so im unclear on how to modify the gasket for that..

The dealership DOES have them, use the part number in the guide, go to the dealer and give them that part number.
