what does this do i heard about this a couple times it seems its a sleeving alternative

It's for those who can't afford to sleeve it.. cheap way out. I've never seen anyone resort to it personally.

I've never seen anyone sleeve a 2.4 or 2.3 myself either....

not really a need to. no one makes that much hp to need it. our blocks are alot stronger then honda blocks. unless your making about 500hp+ its not really needed.

Honda blocks are also Open deck blocks........ the sleeves are removable......... the 2.4/2.3 have a Closed deck block, where the cylinders are cast into the block. The sleeves on the Honda motors move around alot more then the sleeves on a closed deck block.
