Im looking for a quiet performance muffler. my stock one sounds very restrictive and I would like to get a new one. I want performance without the 4 cylinder sound. If the exhaust not is a little higher i dont mind, i just dont like the coffee can sound of 4 cylinders, but im stuck with a 4 cyl so...
Freeer flowing, but not loud. simple...
thanks
magnaflow 2.25" generic one they sell at checker is a great one. Its straight through design and is almost silent at idle and when your on it its deep, i love mine but its a 2.5" straight through i didnt even have to use a resonator

Remember, the sound of your exhaust depends on 3 things:
1. Exhaust Piping Size
2. If you have Resonators or How many you have
3. Your Muffler
Now, if you're running with your stock exhaust system and want to upgrade your muffler, I would say aim for a Magnaflow or Borla (Oval Style) muffler. They make low sounding but deep mufflers.
