One of my friends wanted to by one of these Hyper Voltage Systems but i told him not to because im pretty sure that they dont do anything but im not an expert on this so does anybody know the exacts on this gay little thing
if you run alot of electrical stuff it basically acts as a capacitor...
it works, but the majority will have no use for it.
