ok ive got 300 dollars to spend towards my car. so my question is what should i spend it on. im lookin for performance mods. ive got a 2200 1999 cavy with 138,000 miles on it. i know 300 dollars isnt much but its all i got for now... so what should i get..... thanks guys.

Buy an intake and 2.3 tb to start out, and you dont need to spend 250 on an intake either. As far as the swap thing...go ahead and spend the money for a 40hp increase if you want to, but id rather have a modded motor than a stock one.

but... yea. build the 2200 and boost it. which... if you know what you are doing, know what to look for, you won't spend anything over 2500 for a good turbo setup capable of 12 psi on stock bottom end

Rocker rollers are a good investment for $300, if you want performance. If you can still buy the motor mounts, those will be nice, but no hoursepower gain, just stiffing things up.
the mounts just make it easier to put more power down, plus it makes your interior feel like a race car.
