there isnt a best....
alot of people have parts that work for them. it doesnt get much more clear cut than that.
everyone will think their setup works best for them, but in real life terms, not like cartoons and stuff, there really isnt this ultimate best setup that works for every person.
It depends what the goal of the car is. Obviously something set up for drag racing won't do well in Baja...a little extreme, but it paints the picture.
