15.891 @ 88 mph stock, still getting @!#$ty launches...
look for my post in the Photos and media section. I have a few clips of my exhaust and what it consists of in there.
It all depends on what you want really. do you want a shiney muffler and alittle more noise? or do you want to gain some power and look stock? It might even be cheaper to resaerch what parts you want and then go to local exhaust shops and see how much they would charge to make a simmilar catback with brand X resonator and a Flowmaster muffler as opposed to using a catback from rk sport.
you can change pipe diameter, resonators and or length, mufflers, exhaust manifolds otherwise know as a header (we only have one on our cars)

, catalitic converters, dumps, crush bends, compression bends, mandrel bends.......
What are your future plans for the car? will it see a turbo or forced induction in the future or is it going to stay all motor?
Its all up to you in the end think about how much money you want to spend too.
Personally I dont like "fart cans" I have noticed you get more attention form Jonny Law with exhausts like that. If you like it do it... Reasonators will take some of the "raspy-ness" out of the sound. A header will really only previde a good gain if the rest of the exhaust it completed with it ei bigger cat piping and possibly a resonator if you add one along with a muffler of your choice.
If its any consulation to you I have a 2001 2200 ohv motor with a wrapped Pacesetter 4to 1 header with 2.25 stainless piping and a 26in reasonator Hi-flow cat and a Flowmaster 40 series muffler with a factory appearing tip.
I would describe my exhaust as quite till you floor it it has adeep tone to it. You notice the deep ness in the tone when compared to other cars with just straight through mufflers.
If you need more info check out the faq at the top or ask many people will help you. and if you still cant get any help send me an email and I will do what i can to help out.
Later Jeff
on a stock eco that just has exhaust, and a shift improver, whould kind of gains should i get with ceramic header, 2.25 piping, and 2.25 cat with a borla muffler?
around 20hp as long as the motor is doing well is what im guessing. please give input
*car hits the exhaust shop on monday!!!*

Try doing a search on recommendations for exhaust setups. No matter what motor you have, we all have pretty much the same setups.

yes i know that. the items i mentioned are parts i already have. i was wondering if anyone has dynoed and knows what the gains would be for stock.

Sorry, my above statement was meant for the person who started the post.
To answer your question, there is no way we can give you any type of accurate answer. There are too many variables...weight, application, mileage, wear and tear, other modifications etc etc
The only good answer anyone here can give you is to do the modification and take it to the dyno yourself because what one person makes with the same engine and same modification, you won't necessarily gain as much...heck you might gain more.
