Swap the 3.1 for the Superchraged 3.8.
Then start the up grades. Ignition, intake, exhaust, Hypergrounding etc...

get a WAI or a CIA, if you want you could port the heads, or do a 3x00 top end swap, teh 3.1 has a @!#$ty cam, so swap that out if you want to make any worth wile ganes. defently get exhaust
