Hey im making a custom intake and i was wondering if anyone has a pic of their k&n intake (either WAI or CAI) so i can get an idea of how it mounts and what it mounts to. Does it mount where the S-tube went or further (back)?? Thanks, a picture would be much helpfull (for a 2.2 ecotec)
it mounts to the lower power steering bolt, see the big bolt right above the power steering resevoir? there's another right below it, it uses that
Note that Cherub's intake isn't K&N.
Also search the K&N website for the installation instructions PDF. There are a bunch of pictures in there, including decent resolution exploded views.
I've gone nuts trying to figure out why that image doesn't load. It just points to an image in my profile
