im pretty sure it goes to the fuel pressure regulator

you plug it into the port on the intake manifold

the smaller hose goes from the fuel pressure regulator (there was a small plastic hose with rubber ends on it when it was stock), to a port on the intake manifold. If you look on the intake manifold, there are 1 or 2 rubber nipples (mine had 2, my fiance's had 1), just take off one of those and put the hose on there.

That is what RK Sport told me to do when I called.

It doesn't matter if you hook it up or not.

the hose is small. so now i cut a little slash in it to make the openin on the hose a bit bigger then it went on. Now at idle i get this noise. its like a light ringing noise.

Thats where its supposed to go. Just run it for a few days and see if it goes away.

Bump on this w a new q... the AEM CAI doesnt have a spot for the smaller hose, what should I do with it?

Its the one line that runs left and right and then goes to the small hose on the intake to the left of the IAT. For some reason I remember someone saying you could like plug it and its fine, but I wanted to confirm

I guess I will look for the place on the IM in the morning, also when I took my old intake off, i noticed my TB had some dark ring around the butterfly plate, when I touched it, it came off kinda like oil, is that from the breather line I would assume, Do I need to clean that ever?

I may end up gettin a breather filter cause I was a little uneasy with that being how it was,

I never noticed that small hook up on the IM at all so thats why i reposted sorry for the trouble

that ringing/squeaking, my friend, is what i like to call crankcase chirp. I dont know why or how it happens, but the cause is a kink in that hose from the crankcase breather nipple on the valve cover. unless air can freely pass through there, you will squeak at idle. either get a filter, or a tougher hose that doesnt kink.
