Unclip the sensor in the s-tube (you will need to remove the sensor later)
Undo the band clamps on the ends of the s-tube.
Remove the s-tube.
Open up the air box (the one with the filter)
Remove the filter
Pull up and forward on the airbox (it will pop out). If you have a manual transmission, be sure to remove the clutch resiviour first.
Loosen the band clamp on the throttle body (there is a hole for it on the top of the box on the engine)
Remove the two bolts on the top of the black box covering the throttle body
Pull straight up on that box
Remove the black sleeve and band clamp from the throttle body
Remove the sensor from the S-Tube and insert it into your new intake (its hard to get out)
Install new intake, rubber elbow goes on the end with the intake that has a short tube on it.
Install the sensor from the S-Tube into the hole on the new intake. If there isn't a hole, make one. Use a grommet for a tight fit.
Plug sensor in (this is one that a lot forget, and end up with a check engine light and TRAC OFF if you have an auto)

Enjoy!
