It would be noticeable. Lets just say your car will breath better and you throttle response will be better. The more mods you do though will help each other and make your response even better. If you need an intake, you can get good prices at

how much better? i mean are you expecting a reply with a guy holding his hands out at arms length saying "this much better!"
