I want to get an intake, headers and exhaust,
what would be the best or at least most realiable for every day.
I was looking at the rk headers cause they don't rub and the K&N typhoon also
I was thinking for a an exhaust there is a custom shop "Jim Cox custom exhaust" in london.
Anyone thinking I should change my plans?
best setup: true cold air intake, header, high flow cat, 2.25" mandrel bent exhaust with 1 or 2 straight through resonators, and a straight through muffler.
most reliable: same exhaust but with a short ram intake instead of the CAI.
the rk headers look pretty good to me but i'm sure others who have experience with them could tell you better.

just pick an intake. there is really no difference in AEM, Injen, or Weapon R. and the so called "Cold air" intakes are overated.
i have a Injen intake (short ram) that means it ends behind the battery), pacesetter HEADER, car sound cat, thermal exhaust system which is 2.25 inch mandrel bent.
and going to a custom exhaust shop is a good idea. its cheap and get the same gains

You can't neccessarily say what is the BEST setup, it's really a personal preference. Most aftermarket companies give generally the same performance gains.
If your going to keep your car naturally aspirated, get a 2 1/4" mendral bent exhaust setup.
Yes, the RK Sport header is nice but expensive. One thing I do like about it is that it comes Ceramic coated. I personally like Weapon-R's header (for ECOs it's the same design) and it's affordable. I personally have the Weapon-R header and love it.
As for the intake, I would suggest Weapon-Rs, whether it's the Dragon or Secret Weapon intake setup.
If you want a good price on the Weapon-R header and/or intake check out my sponsors site

Good luck

i like the rk header because ... well its by far the best looking header and its ceramic coated and shiny
hehe and its 4-2-1 instead of 4-1

I agree, I like the 4-2-1 style better

agreed, and with njs H killa.
just remain realistic in your choices and you should do fine. believing in there being some uber product that dominates all (aka the best) you will be mislead over and over again.
also on exhaust. mandrel bends look pretty, compression do the same as mandrel and which most shops have a majority of, crush tends to take away some pipe size.
stick with mandrel or compression bends.
How is anyone making recommendations not knowing if he has a 2.2, 2.4, or an eco?
well those companies make for 3rd and possibly 2nd gen cars
