So im making a custom intake for my ecotec. My only question is that i see a lot of people with the small breather filters attached to where there was a stock hose originally. Its the valve on the front left side of the engine. My intake has holes for the sensors and all, but no holes to attach the hose too.

Is it bad to just place a filter there? Any ideas on what i could do?
