High Miles on Secret cams

I just got a set of secrect cams from the wreakers, they have high km's, the one from the 95 sunfire had 336,000 Kms. do they wear out a lot? or will i still be able to use it and still see a gain?

Cams very very very rarely "wear out". You should be fine.
