I have a '98 Z24. I just got my RSM Crank and Alternator Pulleys. I was wondering if anyone knew if the stock belt would fit with these new pulleys?? Or do I need to get a different belt? Thanks.

I got the 2.4 RSM Racing Crank Pulley and 2.4 RSM Racing Alternator Pulley. I got them both from High Rev Motorsports. Hopefully that helps a bit.

I think what he wanted to know was if you got the underdriven crank pulley . RSM has two different crank pullies, they have an underdriven, and a stock size lightened one. If you got the underdriven one I am pretty sure you can the stock size belt. I don't know what size belt you would use if you just got the lightened one.
NOOO If it is underdriven you cant use the stock size belt I just did this the other day and Ive had so many problems because I didnt have the right belt size plus Ive spent over $100 collars in belts trying to find the size and $25 bucks for jumper cables all which Im gonna need to take back. look at the altanator pulley and if it is bigger tell us and Ill give you the right belt size I have to look for the card thing it came in though.. Ill post it tomorrow I had to get the belt size special ordered because it isnt a "popular size"they had every size above and below it and I called everyone
but this is what really pissed me off was that even though I had my doubts High rev said I could use the stock size. I was stupid enough to beleave them I thought the crank pulley might be slightly smaller to compensate for the alt pulley but it wasnt. just wait for me to post the belt size if the altanator pulley is bigger
the under drives from rsm on my friends used the stock belt , the alt pulley was very large
but on his auto we had to take them off cause of the very low auto idle , it wouldnt charge at idle , as soon as the rpm was close to 1000 it would start to charge
I got the lightened Crank pulley and Alternator pulley from RSM, not the underdrive. The lightened Crank Pulley looks like it is the same size as the stock crank, but I'm not sure about the lightened alternator pulley. Just wondering if anyone knew if they were the same size as the stock pulleys. Thanks.

Ignore my last post!!! I got the lightened underdrive RSM crank pulley that weighs 12 ounces. I also got the lightened overdrive RSM alternator pulley that weighs 3.4 ounces. They are both for the 2.4. Once again just wondering if anyone who has this set up can tell me if they used the stock belt. Thanks. Sorry about the wrong Info.

Yes they do...I was sent a new belt with mine so I just threw that on but the stock belt will work with the lightned pulleys from RSM.
how much does the underdriven alt pulley weigh? just wondering. I couldnt find the cardboard backing that my belt came on but I know the last 2 numbers were 85mm. now that I think about it though I could prolly look at the belt and it would say on it. I know it has the part# for carquest.... My crank pulleys are the same size.
Ohh and If you wanna know if your stock one will fit. just put the rsm alt pulley next to yer stock alt pulley and if its the same size then Id just do it cause you already said you think your rsm crank pulley is the same. you would know if your alt pulley was different tho cause mine is a lot bigger
