The eco crank puley is indeed factory size at RSM. I doubt anyone rolling an eco needs a belt by now.

All crank pulleys are in stock and waiting for a new home.

I got one of the first ones that were made almost a year ago and it helps the high end reving speed, with a lighter flywheel it really takes off, my belt is needing to be replaced im at almost 70k

the crank is kinda a pain to get at and you gotta line the puller up right or it will hit the frame rail

I'm going to try and put my OEM size RSM crank pulley in tomorrow, but whats all this business about needing a puller or something? I thought it was just one bolt and pretty simple to do....?

why would u need a pulley puller loosten the nut but dont remove then remove the belt then unbolt crank pulley and pull out no pulley remover needed its not necessary and the stock one slides right back in

can u just pull the belt off?

I've never needed to use a puller on the Ecotec pullies. All the ones I have installed have just wiggled right off with. The 2.4 pulley on the other hand uses a puller.

75 thenk 75 degrees? meaning turn three quarter turns past where the tq wrench clicks?

75 degrees which is like a little more than a 6th of a turn not 75% of turn

I just installed mine a couple hours ago. Installation wasn't too bad, although the whole belt came out which is exactly what I didn't want to happen. I loosened the tensioner pulley bolt and pushed it up out of the way, then I could get the pulley off. Pretty simple, but I;m still trying to figure out if my bolt for the pulley itself is actually tight enough....I used an impact and it felt like it was tight enough, but the bolt actually spins with the pulley, doesn't seem right to me, Can anyone let me know if the bolt is suppose to spin with the pulley (at idle)??? Thanks.

Performance wise, I always hear people talking about feeling a gain in the higher RPMs but if anything it feels like it helped low end power. Either way throttle response seems much better also.
