just wondering how long it would take to pull my old cams in and put new ones in want to get the jbp stage 2 and thats one of the very few things that im not gonna do myself thanks

Call the shop that you are going to have do the work and ask, quotes are usually free.

i was quoted $500 just for the labor. they list it as an 8 hour job at the dealership. All the parts they need to do it would have been tacked onto that so i got some help and did it at the house.

i did my cams in 6hours today. but thats with the valve cover off done the night before.

$500 sounds about right. I was quoted $480 for a cam swap on my 2200.

i did my cam swap tonight also and it took about 4 hrs but it was on a ecotec so i dont know how much of a difference that would make.
