Can't really say.
1st, except for like 2 people on here, no one has intentionally/can intentionally repeatedly rev(ved) their engine past the factory rev limit. So the vast majority of people here can't really say for sure.
Also, which cams? because mild cams would survive better than wild cams becasue the ramp speeds and lifts would be easier on the springs
One 2.4 engine I have built does/has been revved to 7200rpm hundreds of times, but its only has a basically stock valve train.
It has aftermarket SS valves, stock keepers and retainers, significantly hotter than stock cams, and supposedly "high performance" valve springs that didn't measure to be to majorly different than the stock specs.
Other than that I would say the 2.4 valvetrain is really pretty light compared to most, so it should be better equipped to deal with higher rpms.

i was thinking of putting JBP stage 1 cam, a copper head gasket and the 2.3 oil pump convertion (thanks to miller performance for the new oilpan) with intake, exhaust and headers. Do you think that it would be safe to raise the limiter to 6750?

^ If you can find a copper head gasket, you let the rest of us know.
The only way to raise the rev limiter is to go with a stand alone, or convert back to OBD-1 and reprogram the computer, there is no way to reprogram it currently. So figure out how you are going to get past that hurdle first, then go from there.

and for the head gasket, look for felpro gasket. it's not copper but steel sorry.

No, a tech cannot do it. I know for a FACT that the Tech2 (thier ECU computer) cannot change parameters like rev limiter, speed limiter, fuel tables, spark maps, etc. The Tech2 is only capable of full flashes, and editing some basic parameters like VIN, mileage, air bag stuff, convienence features (wiper speeds on some models, drl's, etc). The Tech2 is not capable of doing in-memory edits of the vehicles parameters.
I know this, because I'm writing software to do it, and we looked at using the Tech2 to see how it sent and recieved data to edit those things, and I was told by a very reliable source (the guy owns a tech2, you can buy them if you want), that it can only do full BIN flashes...

Not a tech2 .... a certified GM tech with the Gm computer tool.

I'd like to see this thing, because through the countless hours of research I've done, the friends I have working at dealerships to get me the info I need, I've never heard of the dealer using anything than a Tech2 to connect to the car. They use the Tech2 for everything from diagnostics to reflashing. GM doesn't make multiple tools when it comes to the computer systems. If it were true, you'd think that a lot of people here that work at dealerships like Darkstars, Crash, SpeedRacerZ, and so on, would have edited thier own ECU's.
BTW, the Tech2 doesn't "hold in hand", its a computer system they wheel around on a cart.

to get back in the main subject, anyone with turbo on stock valvtrain had problem with valve floating? (at wich RPM and how much boost)

i know some that have done a lot of modification to a 3400 ECU.

Thats because there is software out there, available through HP Tuners and some other places, that allows you to edit that particular ECU. Nothing like that exists for 4 cylinders... yet....
Valve float doesn't happen because of boost or in lower RPM's. The valve spring rates are designed to pull the valve closed faster than the piston comes up to meet it. Valve float only becomes a problem at higher RPM's than stock, and again, nobody without a standalone (very few do), have been able to rev past the stock limiter, so your responses are going to be limited on that question.
