Oh, i forgot to ask, the O2 sensor screw is at the top on one of the tubes, but all the headers on ebay have them at the bottom where all the 4 tubes meet, does that make a difference?
I wouldnt worry about it.Ive had that header on my car for like 5 years,and the o2 sensor has never been an issue.If i were you,id clean it up good,cut the end piece off the header and weld a flex pipe on there.

no, its in OK condition, the only problem i found with it is 2 of the tubes at the end (where they all meet) need to be grinded, they have some crap building up on them, it looks kinda like weld...........

definately clean the welds up a bit, good tank bath wouldnt hurt either.

I'd suggest Plugging up the O2 sensor and drilling a hole at the bottom where the 4 tubes meet. and welding on a new 22mm bolt.

i was thinking that too, but i checked some hardware stores and home Depot and i can't find a nut that i can weld onto there that has the threads for the O2 sensor.....
Exhaust shop could weld in the bung.
But they'll probably wanna charge like a million dollars to do it.

the o2 sensor is 18mm x 1.5 , the rk o2 location looks like its plugged
oh one more thing. does anyone know what that little canal is for on the right side of the pic, does that have something to do with the EGR exhaust port...
