Iv'e done some searching but I haven't came up with anything. I want to use an RSM 62mm tb on my HO mani but I can't seem to find out any info about what you have to do to the tb bracket in order for it to work. any info would be great.

Easiest way it to use one from a 1995 Z24/GT.

But I thought you only use that bracket when you use the 2.3 tb. I read some where that you can modify the 2.4 bracket for the 2.4 tb but I don't know what kind of modifying it needs.

should require no, you might have to adjust the throttle cable though, I installed the 2.3 TB on the HO and the throttle cable had slack afterward because I used the 2.3 bracket. You might not run into this problem but, you should be fine going with the 2.4 bracket with the TB.
we had shatloads of slack so we bolted the 2.3 bracket to the tranny bolt right below the new TB. jigga riggin baby

or you could put a glob of JB Weld on the throttle cable at the pedal inside.
2.4 t/b, 2.4 bracket.... NO MODS. (just tap the one hole, and thread a bolt in, and drill the other 2 holes out to bolt to the intake, on the t/b) Just route the cable down, and under the batery tray..........
If you use a 2.3 t/b, use the 2.3 bracket, and some 'creative thinking' needs to go into shortening the throttle cable........ or bolt it to the trans like some have done.
