I just got my oil pressure gauge installed on my ecotec and I was just wondering what psi you guys are getting once the engine is up to temperature?

Well you guys can laugh all you want, but I ''AM'' the one that has the Turbo and Eco and trust me I have checked the oil pressure on my Autometer gauge.
Not being cocky and sure not the only one.

If you do a research and look into the Eco build book you will see that you all came off looking as NEWBS. for not believeing me.
Also, I have a Autometer gauge that goes up the a 100 psi on a 270 degree turn and it makes a 360 back at 0.
THAT is how much oil pressure Eco has at WOT.

At idle anywhere from like 70-85 psi. I am not sure but think it is te same cold as hot or maybe a little less hot.
Well anyways I took the gauge off so that it doesn't break and leak cause of so much psi.
So get back with me NEWBS. when you check your oil pressure.

Mine is anywhere between 37.5 - 54.5 on a cold start at idle.

After it warms up between 25-37.5 at idle.

If its really cold out and I take it for a spin before it warms up I can get the oil psi gauge to peak at 100 under wide open throddle conditions.

Mine is an autometer Phantom series electric by the way.

yeah my ecotec is the exact same as tommy boy's, suncavi- just because you have a turbo doesn't make your oil psi go up. when i cold start my car i can get the psi to go up to like 100 but once it warms up it comes down.

did you guys run the stock pressure sensor or aftermarket.............i've got a 96 2.2 and i was wondering how close the stock senders are between the 2 motors.......

i've got 3 wires running into mine but can only really run one off the new sender, other 2 wires are for fuel cutoff-----wondered what you guys did with the extra wires, if you even have them
